Who we are

This website is operated by Forge Coaching. The data controller is George Chidiac, KVK 72616377. If you have any questions about how your data is handled, you can reach us at george@forgecoaching.co.

What data we collect

We collect personal data in two ways:

Contact form. When you submit the contact form on this site, we receive your name, email address, and phone number (if provided).

Booking via Cal.com. When you book a call or session through Cal.com, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and the date and time of your booking.

Why we collect it

Your data is collected solely to respond to your enquiry and to deliver coaching services. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

How it is stored and protected

Contact form submissions are delivered by email and are not stored in a third-party database by this website. Cal.com stores booking information on its own infrastructure and under its own privacy policy, which you can review at cal.com. Reasonable technical measures are taken to protect your data in transit.

Third parties

We use Cal.com for booking management. Your data is not sold or shared with any other third parties.

Your rights under GDPR/AVG

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch implementation (AVG), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and object to the processing of your personal data.

To exercise any of these rights, email george@forgecoaching.co. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Data retention

Booking data is retained for as long as necessary to deliver the service. Enquiry emails are deleted when they are no longer needed.
