How it works
The 16-week programme is built around a tight feedback loop. Every week you fill out a check-in form covering your training, sleep, nutrition, and mood. George reviews it and updates your programme accordingly.
Once a month you get on a call to do a deeper review: look at the numbers, adjust macros, and plan the next block. Between sessions you have direct messaging access for questions.
